Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at hello@commonvessel.co with your order number and reason for return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We do not currently provide prepaid return labels.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot refund items that are lost in transit.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged, or

  • You receive the wrong item

so that we can review the issue and make it right.

In the case of damaged or incorrect items, we will cover reasonable shipping costs as part of resolving the issue.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We are currently unable to accept returns on:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

If you have questions about your specific item, please reach out before purchasing.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Request a return for your original item.

  2. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the item/colour you prefer.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not.

If approved:

  • You’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@commonvessel.co.
